1 // When you click the "Let's Go" link, you will be directed to a form where you will provide basic information and pay the $99 initial consultation fee. After your payment processes, we will contact you directly to set up your appointment. 

2 // At your initial consultation at our office, a Body Balance KC team member will go through your health history, explain the program and answer any questions you may have about the process.  

If, after the consultation, we determine the program is not a fit for you, we will refund the full $99 consultation fee.
